Chip Messiner

Chip Messiner has been entertaining since 1966. He was just eleven years old when he played his first professional job.

Chip Messiner founded CAM Music Entertainment in 1983. He also served as Executive Music Director for two Catholic Churches in the Chicago area, raising over one million dollars for charities. For several years, he served as the President of Pot-O-Gold Entertainment in Barrington, IL. Currently, he owns CAM Music Entertainment and RainTree Records LLC located in Loves Park, IL.

You may have also heard him on "Rockford’s Country - Q 98.5 - WXXQ" located in Rockford, IL. He has been a DJ for this station since 1992. He worked as a DJ for Oldies 96. 7 WKMQ and WFRL AM 1570 located in Freeport, IL.

Chip will perform with his acoustic guitar and provide vocals with his smooth voice. He can also provide a five piece band to bring back some great memories.

Chip's second album, "FLYING DOWN THESE BACKROADS" will be release on January 23rd, 2006. His love of song writing is very obvious on this album. All 15 songs on this album could very easily be "singles" on the air today.

Currently, he is the Entertainment Director for The Taste of Rockford, the Winnebago Family Festival in Winnebago, IL., Old Settlers Days in Rockton, IL. He was also the Entertainment Director for the Young At Heart Festival in Loves Park, IL. for 8 years. Chip recently won his third award from the Rockford Area Music Industry (RAMI) for "Best Stage Manager of the Year".
